The Mexican Food Truck Buffet

For very large events and for clients who want to treat their guests to the most exquisite casual dining experience Taco Pacifico has to offer.  Our entire food truck menu plus more.


Red Carpet Catering includes:

- All 3 of our mobile units

- A fajita station featuring fresh flour tortillas made onsite!

- Nacho bar with our homemade tortilla chips, fresh condiments and 5 salsas

- An old fashioned churro cart


As this package requires all of our mobile units to be used, a nonrefundable deposit must be remitted upon signing a contract.  Base price of $10,000 for up to 125 guests.

Q: How can I try your food prior to hiring your truck?

A: If you would like to try our food before committing to our catering services, you are welcome to a complimentary tasting at our Wallingford HQ.  To schedule, please email greg@tacopacifico.com and write TASTING in the subject.  Please include your best contact number and proposed event date, if available. 

Q: What serving time slots do you offer?

Lunch: beginning as early as 11a and ending as late as 4p

Dinner: beginning as early as 6p and ending as late as 11p

Q: How do you charge for travel?

A: We charge based on R/T transportation from our HQ in Wallingford, CT.  Please Email us for a quote.

Q: Do you provide napkins, plastic cutlery and paper products?

A: Yes.  Yes.  And yes:-) 

Q: Do you provide beverages?

Beverages are not included but can be added to any catering package.  We offer sodas (American & Mexican) and bottled water.  Sorry, we do not possess a liquor license at this time:-(

Q: Is there a gratuity charge?

A: There will be a 15% gratuity added to food and beverage.

Q: What forms of payment do you accept?

A: We accept cash, check, all major credit cards, Venmo & Zelle.

Q: How do I reserve Taco Pacifico for my event?

Give us a call (888-789-TACO) or shoot us an email (greg@tacopacifico.com).  We will respond ASAP, or certainly within 24 hours.  Please leave your name, best contact # and desired event date/time so that we can pencil you in.  A signed contract and 20% deposit is required to lock in your desired date and serving time frame.

Q: What happens in the event of rain?

A: What? Rain in New England?  Never! 😂 Yes, it's definitely a bummer when the forecast is looking grim for your big event, but Taco Pacifico has a plan...


Unless they are calling for torrential downpours and lightening, we will provide one or more 10' x 10' popup tents in front of the serving window.  If the rain forces the party inside, our window person will act like a server in a restaurant, running orders/food back and forth between the truck and the guests.  We will also cover the food so it stays as dry as your guests by the time it is served:-)
